ABOUT US

 

Violet's Cafe and Bakery was founded in 2015 by Pastry Chef and Owner Kaitlin Titus.

 

 

She is a graduate of Kearsarge Reginonal High School and  is currently an Undergraduate Student at Lakes Region furthuring her knowledge in the Pastry Arts under Chef Patrick Hall.

 

Ellinor Sears, Kaitlin's great-great-grandmother is who started her passion for the Pastry Arts.
